We sort of forgot about that rule and why Sangrah was on the panel (at least I did) - therefore, when he became inactive, we picked Cloete, who was inactive...any other suggestions for TBT reps?

To be fair I was only inactive because as far as I remember I wasn't needed at all...

Anyway the bangladeshi game was shocking, and as marc said it proved how complacent we had become (Me espcially!!!).

Exactly....I mean during my time i checked virtually every e-mail sent to me but in none of them I checked I was needed to make any decisions.. the selectors get along fine, which is always good to see!

Marc like i had told you, the TBT was there from the outcome of the original meeting but scrapped now as it seemed unnecessary.

That is a bit right there has bit tiny little internal conflicts within the team and the team looks unfocussed , and seems to drift away from its main objective at times. I mean lets leave the selectors work for the selectors and the boards work for the board and the players and coaches do what they have to do to peform at their very best and get the best results.
Just lets solely concentrate on our purpose team.

Marc, we already have 4 selectors who are working well together. A Tour by tour selector is unheard of anyway, generally speaking. Please, just leave us to work with what we have.

If things are agreed by the people at large, then they can't be changed by individuals without reference to the people in general. Wasn't that what the revolution was about?

The tour by tour selector hasn't been in use since Sangrah was off the panel....

If it really distressed you that much, you would have spoken up then. No one did, so all we can assume is that there is no problem with the system in place. Please, just let us get on with our job...

The people at large didn't complain, it's only you 6+ months on who brought it up!

People know real cricketer would object against the board so much for tiny things here and there.. please leave the board and the selection panels job to them, you dont see them telling you how to play your game and what to do when your out there playing international cricket ? I know you all seem to be very over concerned at times.. but never has the board or the selection panel look like its falling apart or has there been any internal feuds that we need people telling what should be done , how it should be done ... etc.. its no where near collapse and its just going to keep growing.

So i ask you all again please.. keep it to a bare minimum or nothing please..

I have no diea what the TBT is..I was told that I was a member of the selection panel, however I am the lowest member and am only called upon when a tied vote has happened... and there hasn't/hadn't been any while i have been/am on the panel.

However I am still unclear as to whether I have been sacked yet... and if I have I am unclear as to why...

You were part of the panel and everyone is equal on this panel...All 4 of us have a say. Since you didn't once contribute, you were removed from the panel.

Besides, why would you be called upon for the most important decision? That makes no sense...

Just as Andre said... no one on the selection panel is on a high or lower level. except for maybe the co chairman of the board... but still the powers on the selection panel are equal..

I think you werent personally sacked or anything , but because of you being inactive for the position and the lack of the contribution made earler on that position just made it a lot easier to move on and scrap it , a move to just keep moving ahead and keep proceeding with things.
