OK, thought you meant earlier. Seen it done a little bit in chases, haven't we? Ben Stokes turning down runs in the 2019 World Cup final being a memorable one, and I seem to remember a sub-continent batsman being criticised for doing similar in what I want to say was an ODI, but could be wrong.
Stokes is genuinely unique for it IMO and it's clearly something he does on his own initiative rather than being actual planned tactic. It has to be team-wide for it to really work IMO; and the final overs are just the low-hanging fruit, it's when it starts to be adopted from overs 15 onwards that things will get interesting.
