they didn't even need to do that. they could have done a version of the right/left hand combo, stoinis gets out, send in maxwell. gotch gets out, send in cartwright or larkin. (or just open with them instead of gotch)

it was very silly, just like their previous game

The comms have been appalling this game, and especially this innings. Blatant cheerleading which is colouring their analysis of the game. Expected from warne, but Gilchrist and Howard are as bad if not worse

Don’t blame maxwell there. Nothing worse as a skipper than your outies not keeping eyes on you for field changes. You should never have to even shout out to them, they should be looking every ball

The comms are as flat as a tack, LOL. You would ALMOST think they were barracking for the Stars, but they wouldn't be that blatant
