Stop being a douche. :p Whether any of us agreed he should be close (I didn't), he clearly was at one point. His name was all over the press at one point (Stave Waugh was a champion of his), he was added to a couple of Aussie squads and the tour of NZ when Clarke came back to dump Bingle.

How many extra fans will the likes of Saj, Prior and Rashid bring through the gates?

Very few. Must be a small amount of available cricketers.

Where does prior fit in for vics? Assuming we have are players in our batting line up already has 5 or so players i'd rate higher in t20 if Prior is a specialist batsmen since wade is probably a better gloveman and a good t20 batsman.

Pretty much. The countries that aren't playing in international matches are preventing their players from coming here (ie Dilshan) so those England players are about the only ones available.

I thought they just mentioned him to huss and he said something along the lines of "yeah he's a good young player i wouldn't mind getting him down to victoria" i didn't get the feeling he actually was comming. Wish he was though

Geez Hauritz is in good form. I mean it's only a one dayer, but he's made another half century and took the two biggest Victorian wickets.

Certainly if Beer fails in this test he has to come back into contention for Sydney.

Oz journos reporting Wade to keep and Prior to try and emulate Cam White as he'll be missing for majority of T20 campaign. Makes sense when you look at stats posted above.
