Can't recall (on paper at least) a less aggressive Top 4 for Australia.

In the last 30 years there's been at least a Warner/Ponting/M Waugh/Slater/Hayden that could dominate proceedings. Nothing in this top 4 suggests that.
Super aggressive number 5 and 6 though

I'm all for being cautious in the first day of a Test match but this is a bit extreme
Yeah, when you allow the bowlers to dictate and settle into a rhythm you just make it harder for everyone. And eventually you still get a good one regardless.
