I was going to take these as seperate turns but good question as with you asking realise other drafts normally take drafter as timed out for all future picks until they pick rather then just initial one. As I never clarified it and my instinct was to not time him out for this pick I'll give him the time to pick next and if okay with everyone give a reduced time out period of 4 hours if their next pick is within 24 hours of their last pick starting.

EDIT - Should make clear this would not be the case for double picks - ie last in Round 7, first in Round 8 etc.
