Thanks for the great write up @fredfertang , certainly one of the more glamorous players to grace the cricketing field was Majid.

I remember seeing him in person a while after his retirement and he still carried his good looks (which I guess run in the family) and had his own presence.

This article is a good reminder that he was once a pretty stylish batsman too.
