I think I would be least likely wanting to face Thommo because of the pitches as well. And his action is just harder to pick.

I think he’d be the most fun to have a drink with after he’d absolutely pounded me on the field though.

Think JBMAC is one of the very very few people here actually qualified for this question. As most of us would rather **** bricks facing any of these 3.

Lee had more of a tendency to be a bit more wayward, and even let slip the odd beamer before he got his radar sorted in a spell. I'd be most scared of him.

Otherwise, the better the bowler, presumably the less I should be scared, because the best bowler will quickly realize I can't see his ****, and clean up my stumps, if he's trying to be efficient about things.

Lee didn't really swing it much though.

And I think his action made his trajectory more predictable.

Shoaib bowled some frightful beamers.

Akhtar or Thomson, mostly because they don't give you a very good look at the ball before they deliver it. It feels like Thomson can get it to rear up at you quite sharply, while Akthar is more fire and brimstone. I'm not saying Lee is particularly easy to face either, but gun to my head, I'd prefer to face him of the three.

Your right. Often Lee felt like he was bowling gun barrell straight. And he had an open action.

Jeff.

He is not the fastest, but most difficult to track. Even if he bowled 150k, he'd be way more difficult facing other two a yard quicker.

I ain't seeing any of that **** bro, and I suspect neither is anyone else in this forum, unless we have some actual Test class batsmen in our midst.

Although will acknowledge beamer=scary as **** .

I'd suspect they all 3 have the tendency to bowl a few, before they hone in their line and length in a spell. Not a promising thought.
