International cricketers who never played any FC cricket

Wasim Akram and Shoaib Akhtar! Neither of them played first class cricket when brought into the side. In fact it was Shoaib Akhtar's first ever game with the hard ball on his international debut!
First class debut 1994/95, Test debut 1997
List A debut 1993/94, ODI debut 1998

So maybe not...

Wasn't there a chap who played on one of the early tours that were retrospectively upgraded to tests who died before the subsequent rebranding, so passed away unaware he'd played tests?

May or may not have been his FC debut too.

Monty Bowden died at 26 without knowing the two games he'd captained England in were Test matches, but he had already played First Class cricket
