Lower bouncing pitches will make inswing more relatively useful as well. Would make sense for it to be a slightly more valuable tool in the subcontinent for example than more bouncier surfaces.

Would be interesting to see a Kulasekara like bowler who relies mostly on in-swing in tests, with a nice out swinger as a change-up delivery. Tough to see anyone do that in white ball cricket though, too risky.

From a pure physiological perspective, it’s harder to judge objects moving away rather than coming in - so outswingers (just like leg spin to a right hander) would be theoretically harder to face.
