Not a great match for either but I can imagine Broad will be insufferably smug about his rearguard action to the point it might accelerate Anderson's retirement.Anderson had the edge on wickets taken in the match though. 3 to 2.

Wood is at least fit. Don't know if the same can be said for Captain Stokes.Anderson did okay in the second innings.
I'm still hoping for that TRJ call-up. But it looks like Robinson has just got cramp, so that's not happening.
Stone out, Archer struggling to play, if Wood gets injured honestly can see Carse being our "fast" option.
Don't forget that Carse is arseAnderson did okay in the second innings.

@GoodAreasShaneFortunately, it was just cramp for Robinson, hardly surprising when he was in his 29th over out of 96 in the innings.
For the record I never said that Robinson hadn't worked on his past fitness problem, just that he certainly did have one going back. To try and agrue there was never any issue at all is a batshit insane take
Cramp is clear evidence that he's unfit fat ****, obviously. For the record I never said that Robinson hadn't worked on his past fitness problem, just that he certainly did have one going back. To try and agrue there was never any issue at all is a bat**** insane take
With that being said, even on one leg I would still back Robinson to deliver more than Henry Crocombe for example ever has or likely ever will
Not sure I'd want them to play any of Broad, Anderson and Robinson. I'm not sure of the injury status of Sam Cook but I'd be thinking of giving him a go, alongside Potts and maybe give Archer a chance to have a long form runout if he's in the frame for the Ashes.Robinson will play in the Ireland test.
I'd be very surprised if both Anderson and Broad will though.
One or both will be rested.
Found it funny that you were willing to do this but still think Archer might play in the Ashes. I'm not even convinced he'll be a reliable availability for T20 cricket going forward. Not sure I'd want them to play any of Broad, Anderson and Robinson. I think we just have to accept that Stone hasn't got the body for it and take him out of international consideration.
Stop trying to make Potts a thing. It's a shame about Archer. Rob Key is confident he can be a force in The Ashes this summer but even if he's fit how would he get in?
Apart from Anderson and Broad, there is Robinson, Wood and Potts ahead of him now. He hasn't played red ball cricket for a while.
He was rested in the last CC game at the request of the ECB so maybe its them you should be telling to stop making him a thing.Stop trying to make Potts a thing.
If Archer was fit, there's no way Potts is ahead of him though. He was rested in the last CC game at the request of the ECB so maybe its them you should be telling to stop making him a thing.
Absolutely no doubt he's in terrible physical shape at the mo and simply cannot be relied upon to bowl more than 25 overs a day.Cramp is clear evidence that he's unfit fat ****, obviously.
Oh I agree, but think his ceiling is higher than Stone so worth seeing how far he can recover. I suspect though that he'll struggle to be more than a limited overs player. If I was him that's what I'd aim for but credit due that he's still keen to play tests.Found it funny that you were willing to do this but still think Archer might play in the Ashes. On the bright side, Potts's career gave us the following moment:Stop trying to make Potts a thing.
England's numbers 8-9 occupied by wide containers. No, that's not right.
They're Broad Potts actually.
