Less than it does about Black's and Red's. We have taken 26 wickets (11 v Black, 15 v Red) whilst losing 16 (8 against each). Yawn.
Exactly, I thought is was a rather bizarre comment by Mr. Pickup. If there are 4 declarations in a row, that means the bowling from opposition sides is struggling.

CW Blue v CW Black
at the SCG

Misuse of good batting conditions at the SCG saw Blue struggling to defend a total of 241 after batting first. Only de Silva got a significant score for the visitors, though Fitzsimmons, Wilshere and Cloete got starts, as Thompson and Bhatia shared 5 wickets in the limiting process.

Black lost Loc second ball of the innings, but Ash Chaulk was up to the task of strike rotation, whilst Chris Butler's fine form continued with strokeplay at the other end. It was then left up to Kearsley and Blackman to ease their team home, with only Harris posing any real difficulties with the ball.

Man of the Match: AP Chaulk

CW Red v CW Green
at the CWBCC Stadium

Young Cameron left the Reds in high spirits as they stole a win from table-toppers Green at the CWBCC Stadium. The rookie seamer first showed his big-hitting potential in a cameo which pushed Red to 263/9 after 50 overs, having been 162/6 earlier. This, after Weber and Rai spun through the top and middle order.

Not yet content, Cameron then prized out the scalps of Malone and Goff to set the hosts back greatly. Garven decided to counterattack and took 3 boundaries from a Cameron over on his way to a good half-century. He and Feeney added 104 for the third wicket and looked to be taking Green into the ascendency, until run outs set in.

Garven was the first of four run outs in the innings, whilst Bennett claimed 3 wickets to press the middle order. Ultimately Green could manage but 236 runs, after an unbeaten 48-run stand for the final wicket.

Terrible disappointing performance, aside from De Silva and Harris.

I was particularly poor today, 3 runs and 0/47 from 6. :(

Tough loss there, really lost it in the batting, not enough batsmen getting starts. dissapoing that Myself or Feeney didn't go on with it to.

Good work Reds. No one reached 50, yet we still made 260, good teamwork there guys. Good, tight bowling aswell.

That was teamwork, lads. Smashing Green - including Hoy, Timewell and Weber - about for 263 is no mean feat, and that played a part in the run-out debacle - they never really kept up with our rate and had to run suicidal singles.

Personally, exceptionally pleased with two sixes - both huge edges over fine leg... - and 34 (33b) :)

Fantastic win, Reds :D good stuff. Every batsman who faced enough balls for it to be possible to reached double figures and those 4 run outs shows our lethal fielding.
well done for reducing Timewell to 10-0-62-1 :D
Another good debut from Cameron
and some Bennett fella got some wickets for once

It was his 2nd game mate, also it was a fine all round performance considering the circumstances. Well done Andy :)
