Nah, they suck at that.at fixing?
Is there any evidence that the game would be popular in China though? Or is it just the government there trying to push a new sport for propoganda purposes etc

I'm glad we're on the same page. We're such visionaries....good one...we must make sure that they are equal strength in both departments...and not a messy imbalance we have created in our teams.
boom tish!I wonder how many of them will be trying to bowl chinaman's?
This, unfortunately has been the problem for almost all developing teams. A quick glance through the squads in the world cricket league div 2 onwards will give you an indication of the imbalanced proportion of locals vs expats.Played only 1 game of cricket here in Beijing at Dulwich College and it was played by all ex-pats. Good standard as well but no local interest at all.
Yeah, same can be said of the club I played in in Shanghai, was basically all expats. Interestingly, the women's team probably had a majority of local players, as expat blokes would bring along their local girlfriends to watch and they'd end up wanting a go.If cricket became an Olympic sport then it would take off. Rugby, the 7 man game is taking off and is receiving generous funding since being admitted into the Games. Can all the Ireland team make the ball swing Irish?I wonder how many of them will be trying to bowl chinaman's?
That's a stinker of a pun.The English have been known to cop a 'smelly' decision or two.
