Basically, it's a standard all-time draft but each team has a budget of :
900 ODI caps
18000 ODI runs
650 wickets.
To allow some flexibility and variation between teams in any round of the draft, prior to making your pick, you may elect to 'exchange' 65 wickets for 1800 runs or vice versa.
So you may adjust your budget to 19800 runs and 585 wickets or 16200 runs and 715 wickets.
This may only be done once and is irreversible.
Players must have actually played at least one ODI.
Round 1 order is randomised.
Every round thereafter will be in order of who has the most Caps available within their budget.
In the case of a tie, players will pick in order from who has had the longest time between picks to the shortest.
12 hours for R1. 8 hours every round thereafter.
Budgets are based off some very loose calculations but this will be a suck it and see draft and a learning process for v2.
