both great bowling performances on flat pitches, but i'll give it Sarfraz since his was in the 4th innings.

Just outside my arbitrary disqualification period. and over 600 scored in the first innings, couldn't have been a terrible pitch.

Australia must have been hampered by Packer at the time too.

Tough one. Sarfraz won the match pretty much on his own by taking Australia from 3/305 to 310 all out chasing 382, so he has to get the vote, despite the team being utterly rubbish aside from Border and Hughes.
