What happened to Phil was a tragedy, but very much a once in more than a century event, I can't remember any other international Cricketer dying like that even during Bodyline or the no helmet era, a horrible tragedy.

Again, just tell me if you want more people to end up like Phil Hughes. It's okay to admit you don't mind people dying on field.
Even after the tragedy of Hughes, bowlers didn’t stop bowling bouncers at the batters. Recently, a young guy like Pucovski retired from cricket because he struggled against short balls. No one apologised to him or said anything like, 'We won’t bowl bouncers at you.' And honestly, they’re not wrong. When people know your weakness, they’ll try to expose it. That’s just how life works. If you want to play cricket at the highest level, you’ve got to keep improving and getting better.

Raman Laba certainly did. iirc a year before Hughes died a South African bloke (not an international cricketer) was killed instantly when he missed a pull shot.

I mean if people want to be nonchalant about the level of physical harm bouncers present and act like it's no big deal then that's fine by me. Just come out and say you don't mind it if people have to retire like Pucovski did or die like Hughes did. Shouldn't be that difficult to say. What's stopping people?

Raman Lamba was an Indian Player.

And he got hit by a ball while fielding at forward short leg. He was asked to wear a helmet, but he thought it was unnecessary.

India’s declaration was the right decision. It wasn’t about escaping a loss, but about defending values that define cricket: respect, safety, and integrity.
What the actual ****.

The same Lloyd who adopted Bodyline tactics to injure Indian batsmen because he was scared to lose the series after India chased a record 404 against his team.
Are you being serious right now?

1-2 people called him overrated and you seem to post it every single time.

Imran Khan rated Sunil Gavaskar and Viv Richards as the two best batsmen he bowled to. Imran even rated him higher than Sachin Tendulkar.

Martin Crowe picked him in his ATG team.

Dickie Bird picked him in his ATG team.

Richie Benaud picked him in his ATG team.

Gary Sobers called him the best batsman he saw.

How?

This was in the 1970s when there was no proper protective equipment. This men had families and came to play cricket, not get killed by beamers.

The same people who accuse BCCI of doctoring pitches because the opposition teams can’t play spin even though our batsmen did well are now okay with express fast bowlers delivering bouncers and beamers to injure batsmen because Lloyd was upset with a loss.

How many people did they actually kill? Now you are alleging crimes they never committed.

If I have fast bowlers who can bowl bouncers, I'll let them bowl that.
Beamer tho, I think, is a completely different thing.
