How can Lehmann continue in light of the Handscomb thing?

And more generally in terms of changing the culture of this team?
IF Lehmann didn't know what was going on maybe he just sent Handscomb out to tell them they had been spotted and stop whatever they were doing.

Looks like the players are covering for Lehmann if he did know.

Fizzer. Essentially Sutherland just announced the XI for the next Test, that he won’t go into any detail about the players concerned and that he hasn’t spoken to the other players. Why bother?
The main point of it seemed to be to clear Lehmann after the rumors he was resigning.

Why do you get the feeling that Smith, Warner and Bancroft are going to be thrown to the wolves and used as scapegoats... at the very least the rest of the team and management must have had their head in the sand to not know what was going on, which is particularly bad from a management, leadership point of view.

This thread should now be combined with political correctness gone mad thread.

Lehmann must have the CA top guys' balls in a vice-like grip. It seems he is bulletproof.

What a whitewash haha. He cannot even call it ''cheating''.

I like the fact it is a Brit who asked that.

Peter Lalor on SS2

Says all won't be playing next home summer and Warner probably never again.

He feels for Bancroft. He has seen him and he is not in a very good place at all he says.

So Australia's leadership group is Smith Warner Bancroft
Even tho Bancroft has only played 8 tests?
Lol if your going to talk about bringing pride back to Australian cricket at least start by telling the truth.
I don't actually doubt that Lehmann didn't know its conceivable to be he wasn't aware but 100 % other players would have known imo

A complete and utter whitewash. Wouldn't be shocked if the ''leadership group'' are banned for a couple of twenty20s.
