Siyabonga 1 Batting(Is very close to Strong when he hits Strong take off batting and put a fielding net on till he hits Comp/Resp and when you finish the fielding net obviously get his stamina up to around Mediocre/Competent)

Obviously you have a lot of trainees around a certain level but I tried to choose the ones with better conc/cons and stamina. Guys like Alshaun have poor secondries and would take a fair amount of time to get him up to a decent level Siyabonga will be a decent player over time but try take limited time in training him as he is 21 yo and is not the future of your team still do roughly what I stated above for him.

But at a first glance maybe 1 bat,1 bowl,1 field,1 Stamina.

Pretty valid point there Collins on average I would estimate that I update my academy condition about once per season. This would equate to 120k over four seasons. And the 100 ITS as you said costs 200k.
The Initial upgrade will cost the most you will ever pay in one season which is what scares most people.
So on average 230k per season and if you equate that to the Respectable pull you get every 4 seasons. it is 920k which is in today's market a Proficient with reasonable secondries compared to a Respectable that will be trained up to Quality/Remarkable Generally.

Righto, here's the guys who seem vaguely trainable, other than Pietersen.
Right now I have Camilleri on one batting and one keeping, Martyn on one bowling and one fielding, and Slaytor on one batting and one fielding. Pietersen on one batting, one bowling, one fielding and one fitness. I'm not sure if it's still worth training Martyn and Camilleri ahead of younger guys. Slaytor I got fairly recently, and I could put him on 3 nets, I guess.
I had Nuttall, Folkes and Wildsmith training until recently, but Folkes popped to strong and the other two I stopped for Pietersen.
Also, should I play Pietersen now if he's good enough for a spot in the team? Or will 4 nets tire him out too much with rubbish stamina?

Don't bother with Bell.
Camilleri is pretty correct if you ask me but don't go to far with him go to say Sup Bat, Str Keep(Could be Superb Keep before Superb bat make sure his conc hits competent/respectable as well which is what the keeping net will do)
Pietersen put him on 1 bat,1 bowl,1 field, 1 fitness. I would not play him bar the odd Friendly as he has two problems rubbish stamina and will have Rubbish PFL.
Folkes 1 field get him up to Comp/Resp there abouts then on to another one of your trainees.
Slaytor 1 bat,1 field, 1 fitness don't bother getting him higher than Comp/Respectable Stamina as it is adequate enough for him to perform well when he hits that level of stamina put another net on batting.
You have 3 players with multiple nets make sure you watch their PFL's and rest when their is an easy victory in your league or friendly's.
