TBF I think 13-17 is around Crameri's true value (and therefore a pick swap might need to get it done)....but surely the Dons would want 22 (given their draft ban) over nothing?

they're just trying to delay the trade in case a) some stupid club offers an even better offer for Crameri while being a better trading partner and b) some stupid player decides they want to join Essendon, in which case a 3 way trade is done

Brisbane Lions claim Leigh Matthews not eligible to be elected as AFL club director - ABC Grandstand Sport (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

Lions lawyers claimed on Tuesday under the club's constitution only full members with two years' continuous membership were eligible for appointment as directors at a Lions general meeting.

Matthews is a life member.

"Life members are not full members under the club's constitution," a Lions statement said.
