There are plenty of places to get Indian food in the UK, especially London. And I don't just mean Indian food tailored for British taste, but traditional foods cooked by chefs trained India.

Ingredients to cook Indian foods are even easier to find.

London has the best fine dining of any city I have been to TBH. Including probably the best single meal I have ever had, which was a recreation/interpretation of various English dishes across centuries...
