Surprised that people are expecting the runrate to monotonically increase throughout the innings. We saw in the last match that batting (or rather free scoring) gets a bit harder after 20 overs when the ball gets older. That's when India started pulling England back a bit.

Bangladesh have quietly done quite well since about the 25th over here. Easily could have gotten completely out of hand, instead first Rahul then Rohit then everyone got stuck.
