What Jaddu could have done though instead of making Bumrah and Siraj play 3 balls an over for a single is play out the first 4 balls then try and take on the field when its brought up by Stokes. Might jag a boundary that way and the outcome is the same in terms of the number of balls faced by the tailender.

If I was there I would do that and then finish it off with 6 sixes off Archer.
Stokes hasn't brought up the field to Jadeja until the last ball of each over. They're giving him the 4th or 5th ball single.

Jadeja just doesn't have an expansive game when field is spread out. Same with Sundar.

Would've loved some IPL strokemakers in this situation
We generally need a little enterprise in the lower middle order. We have strokemakers in the top order but all that momentum peters out once we are 4 down.
