Yeah. He can always get a good cherry or just be unlucky but you can rest easy he'll fight it out in the middle. Just a good vibes player to have in the side.
Before this series, I had him as my #3 cos I expected the pitches to be bowling friendly. He's way better than a #8 batter imo. I genuinely think he's the heir to Pujara and should be playing all test matches overseas. His versatility is a huge plus in this side. If only he can take more wickets, we would've found a quality test match all rounder. I think he's almost there but needs to make more impact with the ball.

this is some 2000s Multan tier wicket, nothing in this.
Edgbaston groundsman has produced some absolute shockers in the last 2 seasons.

Blamed the Kookaburra when Potts got his complete outlier of 149* in April last season. Yet turns out equally shite pitches with the Dukes.
