152/4 after choosing to bat first is hideous, just a waste of half of the batting. People in this thread weren't harsh enough. If you don't know what a good score is, bat second.
This NZ side has no faith in their middle-order. If they lose 4 wickets before the 10 over mark they have zero faith in their ability to make a competitive score. So they go into their shell and nurse their way to 150-160. It happened repeatedly in that Banglawash series, and the only reason why SL didn’t dump NZ out in the group phase was because Phillips played an absolutely freakish innings to spare the rest of the top orders blushes. NZ in dire need for Lord Colin to come out of retirement and bring some swinging big dick energy back into the batting.

Jeez that’s touch and go on the No ball.

what’s ****ed up about that situation in general is if the umpires had the balls to call the no ball on the field, the batting side don’t risk the second run and get the run out

Man I’ve never seen a keeper like Devon Conway

Jayzus Conway’s been trash behind the stumps. Need to invest in finding a better option.

That's a bad ball. The 4 before was an excellent shot though. Feel bad for Lockie. Hasn't clicked in a while

Ferguson just hasn’t had it this tournament. A real liability with the ball in every game.
