Extremely happy with this side. There are elite openers, a quality middle order, and deep batting with no bunnies. There is also a good mix of left and right handers.

There is a 4-man pace attack with the class of Cowie and Fazal, the aggression and pace of Pattinson, and the height and cunning of Oram. The great Tiger O'Reilly is the real star though. If any spin support is needed (unlikely), Morris and Hodge can provide it.

There are a lot of good quicks still there in the 21-30 bracket.

As well as Pattinson and Voce, there were still Bruce Reid, Stuart Clark, and Gubby Allen left among others.

Meanwhile the likes of Douglas Jardine, Colin Bland, Andrew Symonds, Darren Lehman, and Colin de Grandhomme were also left unpicked.

The bracket of cricketers to play 21-30 tests is surely the greatest of all considering Barnes, O'Reilly, Grace, Headley, Faulkner etc.
