    I like this idea. Ensures we can quickly finish Season 1, find some new managers, re-draft and then commence Season 2 fresh.

    Yeah, that makes the most sense. Otherwise it's in serious danger of petering out again, after all we're only likely to have around half the managers following the rest of this season, at best.
