Having that inflatable banana in a football stadium during UEFA matches will get you a hefty fine for racism.

I think it depends on several other games. Not sure though. Anyway, would it be something special for East-Pakistan to ditch their big brother West-Pakistan? Or are ther non such rivalries?

Favourite english batsmen from the dark age of english cricket? (mid 90s-00s)

I'm not saying he was the best, but he was my favourite: Mark Ramprakash.

I was just thinking it would be great to have both Roach and Taylor in fine nick at the same time. Anyway, Taylor has had his moments before. Blowing England apart at this ground a few years back comes to mind.

I guess that, apat from Jerome bowling really really well, the Aussie batsmen are happy to sit him out and plunder the other bowlers.

Is Shane Shillingford not better than Permaul? Or doesn't he fit into the WI future?

What does he suggest? You can simply run up until a yard before the batsman?

Good decision to give that LBW? Hawkeye had it out as a house. Yet, I feel it's close to impossible to be certain it will hit, with this amount of swing! He's sick. Following cricinfo, not? They mess things up.

Taylor is on fire. Very very good bowling, me thinks! To bad Roach is not following suit?

I don't mean to be picky, but don't you think it's just off to think he was dropped? He's injured.

Where were you on Day 5 Kennington Oval in 2005?

Got off from work an hour early, drove home, took my bike to "O'Casey's" (The Hague's best known Irish Pub), and watched the last 90 minutes or so. As a neutral, I did root for England, as anyone should when a team is on the brink to end a 20 year drought against a world dominating team. Yet, I...

A WI win paying 1:11. No one thinks WI are favourites, but this makes me think it's worth a few coins.

What I know about Billings, if that counts...., or helps...: A mighty fine finisher. And properly used as such by Kent in the 2014 50-over-competition. Only 3 batsmen outscored Billings in the competition, but all of them faced twice as many deliveries. I can see why England bat him, a...

Rashid and Ali are the same age and have played the same number of FC matches. Rashid has twice as many FC wickets. Obviously this is partly beacuse Moeen is, rightly or not, regarded as a batting all-rounder and Rashid as a bowling all-rounder. Yet, IMHO, it does make a case for Rashid in Test...
