Hales thinking enough is enough. Quite right!

So, England are behind all three of them, despite having beaten them all on the last occasions?

Hales needs 'm quite a bit more than Cook!

With only 74 needed, it's fair to say this day did not bring what I had hoped for: A well balanced test and series.

He! A proper cover drive to the boundary! I had almost forgotten such a thing exists in cricket.

Amidst the Broad-god-mode praise, I'd like to bring forward that Jonny looks quite good today behind the stumps.

Stokes first? I didn't see that coming!

A complete and utter surprise! Did we really see Van Zyl going out to Broad? Who would have thought!

Broad is looking quite a bit better than earlier this test.

Malcolm Marshall vs Viv Richards: Who's the greater cricketer?

Come on. To each his opinion, but that's just off......

The primary value of a cricketer is in...

A genuine number eleven is a good example, I guess.

The primary value of a cricketer is in...

It's not so easy to define what entertaining the crowd is, right? And no sane selector will pick players on entertainment value.

Another not very sensible way to get out..... Broad had one ball of the edge missing the slips, and one decent LBW shout. Not that Broad can ever have a decent LBW shout, but you get what I mean :) .

Malcolm Marshall vs Viv Richards: Who's the greater cricketer?

Well, the ESPN list of legends....... Just to clarify. Viv would probably be in my to 5. But, today, a list of possible top 5 candidates, imho, for batsmen is far longer than such a list for bowlers. In Viv's days, both lists would probably have the same lenghts.

Malcolm Marshall vs Viv Richards: Who's the greater cricketer?

Of course I am. Why do you feel the need to address such a thing? Might as well explain to people that one and one is two.....

Malcolm Marshall vs Viv Richards: Who's the greater cricketer?

Macko would likely be in most people's top 5 bowlers. And though Viv would probably be in many people's top 2-6 list of batsmen, he wouldn't be in most's.
