    Errrhhhhh, why??????

I was planning to get out, as I figured the chase would be a rather easy one. But the three early wickets convinced me otherwise. In the end , I feel a bit deceived. Though I must say the Amla-ABdV partnership was a good one to watch.

Since he did so without having run out ABdV first, he might get away with it.

Out chasing a wide........ Pressure I guess.

Well, I think his figured didn't really reflect his bowling today. Perhaps underused? There is something about having some variation and depth in the attack. And he is a truely excellent fielder.

Missed the signaling for gloves....... I figured he walked..... Been watching with one eye though.

There really are moments this is not true. Not saying that per se happened here (though the appearance of walking surely makes a difference).

Would be interesting if a batsman makes the fielders think he walks, just to kill review time.......

TBF, that's what reviews are for. The type of dismissals you do not really need to appeal for, but still are given not out. Then you review. The point obviously going wrong here, that this wasn't the type of dismissal you needn't an appeal

I was only listening to commentary......... And switched to video, when the ball tracking was on.

Well, there you go! Oh crap, didn't realise there was a bowling change.......

Because it was more than fair to have doubt on an inside edge. There wasn't one, but it was mighty close.

TBF, Warner's average suffers from his early career (7 years ago) innings of nothing.

That's exact;y my point. But there is a joy, if, against the ods, that happens. Even more when commentators start applauding the captain for the field placement.

As much as I agree with you, there is always the hidden wish that, after posting those lines, such tactics bring a wicket. Nothing like dumb tactics doing the job. In any sports!

Is it me? Or did the Aussies get away with a wide and 2 no-balls in the last three overs?

Only until now, I know about Tait having had a 3rd test, after those two in 2005.

****ing hell! If I want to see a clown, I'll go to a circus! Who in heaven's name ordered this innings break idiot?

    Nah, should have middled it.

I think it's generally overlooked by commentators how devastating it is: consuming 20% of all balls for a run-a-ball. It's the same as deciding to ony face 19 overs, really.
