5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

This applies to both teams but I don't like ad hoc drinks/food breaks.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

It's a big one as he was averaging about 25 in the 4th innings. To get a ton when chasing a big score (maybe his 1st in the 4th innings) is an important event in his career.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

He should when England only need a handful to end the series with a laugh and good feelings between the teams.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

If you choose to go in without a 4th seamer (and pick 2 spinners) on a ground where the home county side sometimes doesn't play a spinner you have to bowl a spinner.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

I wouldn't say Brook is a great yet.His figures are superb but he needs a larger body of work to justify that term I think. Root is a different matter.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

No way. There is a specialist batsman to come aswell as Smith and a decent tail.Atkinson has a ton.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

I posted on here yesterday that England were underpriced and that they have a stellar middle order. I think WinViz gave England a 25% chance at lunch and some pundits were still saying India are strong favourites. It baffles me.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

Tough position to be in as they are not umpires but players should put their emotions away and give objective advice.

5th Test (The Oval) - 31st July to 4th August

I've said this before. The middle order is England's strong point with Root/Brook/Stokes/Smith.
