    ummm no.. even on a straight hit or midwicket hit which can obviously be hit much further than the cut shot it would be impossible. I doubt any player could even hit it halfway out.

    Ronchi in ODI's. The best batsman of the lot (apart from Haddin) and also a great hitter, Not sure about test cricket though he would need to improve his keeping.

    Well what other statistics can it be messured by? It does not mean he is actually the best, but so far you would have to say based on his results and that stats wise he is.

    Ponting is statisticaly the best batsman against Muril, Gilchrist has absolutly no worries with spinners once he is set.

    Well I believe i'm more qualified to judge that.. I've seen alot more of his batting both before and after that period. You are entitled to your opinion though of course.
