Apparently Tendulkar is now a Reddit ambassador. This can only go well.

note: I do not actually follow any cricket related subreddits but this came up as a notification lol

Does that mean he has diplomatic immunity if he posts offensive **** on his Instagram Story?

Also, if the ball starts doing things after the umpires have said the application of saliva has not changed its condition, it cannot be replaced
Looking forward to seeing how they evaluate the ball "doing things".

I am sure Stokes & bazz are thrilled about the stop clock in test cricket.
Looks like it only applies to fielding change overs. Stokes will find plenty of time for conferencing in the middle of overs.

Maybe they'll bring back the 2015/16 Kookaburra to make it easier on the umpires. "It's moved off the straight, quick, change the ball".

Not a fan of the domestic level trialling of substitutes for "a player who has suffered serious external injury", because it seems like a creep towards substitutes for pulled muscles and other lack of fitness injuries, and eventually just full substitutes that obviate picking a balanced XI - though the IPL has already gone straight to this stage.

It's good that the ICC are papering over the cracks where third umpires meet unusual happenings btw. Props to them.

For those who were asking questions awhile back, looks like Kez from WeCricket is up in court over some fairly nasty stuff.

It would obviously just be a piss take and it doesn’t need much imagination to see how
I'll be honest, I don't see much pisstaking in other team sports subs and I don't see much here that would suggest it'll be different for cricket.
