  • Now that you say it I've defo seen you mention that before

Would find my top three easy to list, after that, not so much
Queen is Dead Anniversary edition or something.

80s indie CD with it as well

Just came across it in Tesco now
You've probably seen Classic Rock this month but well - just checking?
Good stuff. I suspect you will like it without loving it (which is the impression I've got of your opinion on 21st century oasis, rightly or wrongly)

Had a birthday have we? :p
Thanks, I will give them a go when I'm on the comp

Don't suppose you heard the Beady Eye album?
    Cheers.

I remember some Hurricane #1 songs from The Chart Show back in the day. Will check them out in a bit more detail first.

If one was to try Ride, any particular tune you recommend?
Hey mate, is it worth my while picking up the Ride and Heavy Stereo albums?
Yeah, came across them on Dutch radio the other day. They seem to have listened a fair bit to the Smiths, nowt wrong with that. Got to love their confidence too. :p
Yeah, I think all those campaigning about getting rid of Wenger forget just how good he's been for the club and the lack of real alternatives out there of his calibre.

There was a fair amount of talk prior to the Barca game about how a) Barcelona never keep managers for all that long. b) The 'mutual respect' Guardiola and Wenger have for one another. and c) How Arsenal would be the logical progression for Guardiola due to the philosophy the club already has.
    One can hope.
Yeah, happened so many times now that it's not funny. Nice to know that our luck hasn't changed though, injuries to Szczesny, Fabregas and Djourou. It's just déjà vu.

As an aside, have you got a gut feeling about when Wenger will retire or who will replace him? Have you got any preferences yourself?
Hope you're wrong but know you're right.
Happens every Feb/March and of course nothing happens in the summer window.
Yes I was a bit blunt in the Eng-Ind thread and have had a bit of a falling out with James and the mods. Big dramas and all. Just the one infracftion so far but you never know round here. You'll know all about that as the local homopobe of course :p
