3-putted 2 of his first 4 holes as well. Have to feel for Tommy, but that was a proper bottle. Hope he gets it done in a big one soon, has had some top wins on the Euro tour but just cannot convert in the States or a Major. Would LOVE to see him win The Open, he's far too good to never win on the PGA Tour or a Major.
He's interesting because his wins in Europe have more often come from final day charges. He's actually not used to being in the lead early in a tournament. To me that is almost more of an issue, if he plays well earlier he'll give himself more opportunities and get used to being in contention on Day 4. But a Top 10 from a final day 65 when he was never in with a chance of winning kind of hides the truth.

Only really got himself to blame, he was rubbish from the 14th green onwards. Two birdie putts left short, two wrong club choices on 16 and 18, a woeful chip on 16 and more poor putting on 18. He let Bradley in, although the classless scenes that followed reminded us of what's to come at the Ryder Cup.

What happens with Bradley? He's clearly one of the 12 best US golfers at the mo, does he pass up a chance to play in order to captain?
I've seen two examples of Bradley coming across as an absolute dick this week. There was this tournament win and then him having an argument with Jimenez. Admittedly, the argument was from 2015, but he comes across as Captain Yank at times. All 'Yo Bro' and chest bumps.

I played a singles match last weekend, I was 2 down with 3 to play and managed to win the lot. My opponent proper screwed up the last, going out of bounds and then in water, we shook hands and my ball wasn't even on the green. I know it's only a club match, but I could see he was proper gutted with what happened and I really felt for him. The way Bradley celebrated with Fleetwood watching just lacked so much class, I thought he was better than that, I was wrong.

Looks like he plans to captain and play, it would be nice if Tommy could get his own back in NY.

Sod that why can't he celebrate a comeback win after playing an amazing last few rounds. Could well be his last ever pga win. Not his fault tommy can't get over the line. Every other sport allows players to celebrate their winning moment at someone else's failure, winning a penalty shootout you celebrate while the fella who missed cries in the box, winning wicket the bowler wheels away to his mates while the bat hangs their head on the crease having thrown it away.
Golfers need to get a grip and suck up the loss. His a millionaire anyway I'm sure he'll be sound

I’ve gone for McIlroy, Rose, Henley, Straka, Aberg and Schauffele in the outright market places 1-12 ew

I’ve also took these

top Canadian Pendrith
Top German Jaeger
Top French Pavon
Top S Africa Lawrence

they win even if they miss the cut as long as they are the top from each country

Rory still flailing away off the tee. Massive wide on 2 this morning and forced to take a penalty after nearly going OB. Missed so many fairways yesterday, looks like that's going to continue today.

Painful pace of play so far too. Took Rorys group 4 hours to play 11 holes yesterday. Brutal.

Much better on 4, smashed it down the middle and made an easy birdie. Can see why he keeps hitting driver, when it comes off it's such a huge advantage.

Hot starts for Tommy and Ludvig this morning too

Btw, betting on randoms from the traditional tours has proven to be foolhardy when LIV guys are outperforming them 🤣

What? Literally one LIV player in the Top 20 and he's the most recent addition to their ranks too (yet to be ****ed up by the lack of competitive golf and the fact he's still getting action on the DP).

Look at the stats

PGA Tour is massively underperforming

I haven’t watched LIV in more than a year 🤣

There's a fair number of PGA players in there, just not the ones you'd necessarily expect, and not necessarily American either.

At least you've seen the light with LIV. 😉
