Shubman Gill killed Bazball. First he made them drop the always bowl first tactic and now they're forced to only go at 3 rpo. Cowards

Alright, let's not act like the Indian fans here haven't been constantly whinging about the Headingley wicket when it was fine overall. It's a two way thing.
Who the **** said anything about that pitch? And even if anyone did, how does that refute anything I just posted? It was just pathetic whining from a former England captain coz your lot cant play any spin.

sheesh, I agree the pitches were pretty good in 2024 but I'm saying complaining about wickets overseas is very common from all the camps, not really worth taking too seriously brother.

England's day today and probably their test match too

So important to start a test well especially on this slow Lord's pitch

Listening to Michael Atherton whining about the pitches England got in 2024, I can see why England just about always suck in India. Those wickets were bloody damn good and if you cant play cricket there, you are just not very good at cricket.
Did he actually whinge at all?

My father didn't have as much faith in me as Root does in Stokes's ability to survive against Washington.

I am not the one equating a former captain who played 90+ tests to forum posters mate. :)

He said tough turning pitches about 3 times in different contexts this series. They were neither tough nor that turning for that entire series. Those are some of the best batting conditions seen in India in the last 10 years.

Anyways, I guess it just pisses me off that he keeps writing off his own team's bad performances with false **** like that.

Need 572 more runs to get to 3000 runs in Ashes mark, guess he gets it by the 4th Test of this year's Ashes.
