I like it in isolation he's a good player. Just not sure how Zubimendi/Norgaard stacks up to Partey/Jorginho we will have to see
Really didn't see this one coming. On balance he might have been our best player over the last 5 years or so.
Losing him Frank and Mbuemo in one summer is pretty tough, they were all there back when we were at Griffin Park. That side is finally slipping away.
Still I get to enjoy all the 'this is the year Brentford are going to get relegated' predictions.

Not keen on Oshimen's wages, he doesnt fit the typical FSG signing. Based on what I've read Ekitike, Isak, or Gyokores are more likely.

Chelsea making some interesting moves in the last 48hr.. Gittens and Pedro basically done.
Delap, Gittens, Neto, Palmer, Jackson, Pedro, Madueke as attacking options. Aside from Palmer can't say any of them are elite level just yet but plenty of rotational options.
If they can get a GK shouldn't be much stopping them jumping up into 3rd behind LFC and City.

Fair enough. Ait-Nouri did not have a good time.
He gives City a lot going forward but I suspect the better teams will target him going the other way and get joy from it. Pep might be able to compensate for it with Gvardiol's pace at left centre back but I'm still far from convinced about their defence. They'll be a great team for fantasy drafts and score plenty against the weaker teams in the prem and UCL.
The whole Ederson situation is weird too. No idea what's going on there but I'm surprised they haven't signed a statement GK given his fall off. Still plenty of work left for them this window.

Gyokores to Arsenal it seems, he's a gun player IMO, yeah its a bit of a farmers league but class is class.
Oshimen is elite,the "why is he in Turkey ~" mugs are morons , treated terribly by Napoli but it does seem he wants to stay in Turkey.
Liverpool should look at Rashford, Sancho, Rasmus , Antony , Malacia, Onana, Casemiro, Ugarte to fill squad roles IMO.
Someone please sign some of these ****ers.

That said, the first point you make is actually a very common misconception. Newcastle are rich but they're also in strife with PSR which they'll be forced to find a way to alleviate. No point having money if you can't spend it.
The player is keen on the move and it'll free them up to spend whatever they like elsewhere on the squad. Whether he's a viable option now I don't know (most the reports linking him to LFC are from Newcastle journalists) because we have other business to do.
Barring a deep run in Europe or a title challenge in the prem I'll be beyond surprised if he's still there in 12 months time.
