Woakes not having a great match with the ball. The last time he went wktless in a home test was 2014, also against india, his 2nd match.

I know it's not relevant to this match.

But England are keen to get Archer in for this series if he goes well against Durham.

Just scored 31 off 34 and put on 65 for the 9th wicket for Sussex. Holed out in the deep.

India's batted okay so far, but England have been probing with the ball. 300 is needed at minimum to defend. 350+ would be ideal, but tough given India are always a collapse away from an average total (case in point: going from 430/3 to 471 all out).

England have a strong batting lineup, while India's bowling is pretty one dimensional. That said, never ideal to bat last in these conditions.

Absolute nonsense that is stumps.

Why we can't play till the overs are bowled when the light is good is beyond me.

Willl have stopped raining already.

Honours are about even for now. It's quite interesting to see the evolution of both India and England.

When India came over to the UK in 2018, both teams were poor in batting but lethal in bowling.

7 years later, batting has improved but bowling is average at best and utterly abysmal at worst.

This is a fantastic game so far. Both sides equally matched. England are h4x in the 4th innings, not sure India can set a big enough score with enough time to take 10 wickets. Will need Jadeja to really step up with the ball.

I'd rather be in India's position tbh. They should feel like they can bat all day tomorrow and be 400 ahead. England can score quickly but not sure they would chase that in a day, when JB will bowl twenty overs.

I don't think there'd be much play on day 5, It'll rain on day 5.
