Maybe with Markram out they wanted a sixth bowling option? If it had been Mulder coming in then I wouldn't have minded them doing that, but not Parnell.

They just stopped showing the game in the last over with no explanation so they could show the build up to Middlesex vs whoever they were playing

It was against SA it does not actually count...


and with Parnell playing I`m not sure I disagree.

There was a FC season where Parnell was batting really well... so they put him at 3 for SA... I don't remember that being a great long term solution.

Sorry I`m just sick of the picking older journeyman because of 'experience' and not letting the talented youngsters in SA try shine. Yeah, they may not do better, may even do worse but at least we could get some decent cricket into their legs and give them opportunity.
