I don't get why you've always hated this action so much haha
it's just an insane cricket thing. the ball hits the helmet in the course of play, 5 penalty runs. a bowler accidentally bowls two waist high full-tosses, thrown out of the innings regardless of the situation. a bowler goes off the field for injury treatment, can't bowl again until equal time has elapsed on field....you straight up throw a ball at someone when play is basically dead and "oh well you shouldn't do that" and then nothing happens! so i guess you can do that! there is absolutely no logic there, it's nuts.

certain people in the game get upset at bowlers doing send offs cause they hate fun, but seem to hardly care when bowlers throw a ball at the batsman for no cricketing reason. it's so weird.

before GoodAreasShane has a cry, let's make it known that Aaron Bird's bowling action was completely legal during the 2005/06 ING Cup final
