Not really the same calibre of MOTM is it compared to Samuels and De Silva. Samuels has 2 anyway, not 1

Yeah Aravinda and Amarnath got MotM in both semis and finals of the same tournament. Misunderstood the OP.

Well that's a point. I think it was more Samuels has 2 very strong finals MOMs, but you could include semis I suppose. OP wasn't though. Obviously every match matters (increasingly more towards the final), but the final is the pinnacle.

And I think Marlon's 78(55) against Sri Lanka in 2012 has an argument for greatest knock in a WC final ever, if we consider the position West Indies were in at one stage. I remember watching it thinking victory was impossible for them at one stage. Gayle hit 3 off 16 and they were 2/14 at the end of the powerplay
