Australian Domestic off season 2020

Yeah for people who know Adelaide pitches better, what can be expected?
What to expect? Runs, and a lot of them, initially at least

KRO and Park 25 (the second oval there in what used to be the old Railways park) are definitely on the flatter side, Adelaide Oval 2 uses the same decks at the main ground, bit better wickets in terms of an even contest but the boundaries there are miniscule. Glenelg is a bit more of an unknown, generally it's a decent consistent deck but not sure what the curators can manage considering the SANFL is eating further into the pitch preperation time

Anyone want to hazard a guess at possible first round teams?

From a local point of view availibilty is alright, only Carey absent although Chadd Sayers is a questionmark after getting more surgery for his ongoing knee issues. Head mentioned ex Aus u19 allrounder Liam Scott as one to watch out for this season, to me that suggests they might look to play him in the first game

Bert with an early season up yours to th nsw selectors

they had an “XI players to watch in premier cricket” column on the news limited site, and I’ll guarantee you Beet will put score all f them by about 300-400 for the year

For some reason I though Bertus went to Adelaide. Did that fall through?
Yeah he was moving then I believe CNSW offered him a part-time contract to stay. I don't think he wanted to leave Sydney after what happened the past couple of years.

If that squad can't win the shield then it might be another 94 years before we claim one.

Guessing this for the final eleven:

Burns
Street
Labuschagne
Khawaja
Renshaw
Wildermuth
Peirson
Neser
Steketee
Swepson
Bartlett

Surprised Pfeffer is in the squad ahead of Heazlett. I remember seeing that Heazlett had knocked up a ton in grade a couple of weeks back too.
