Stolen from cricinfo, but once again Rashid takes a wicket with the last ball of his spell.

Huge credit to Morgan for his captaincy there. Took the chance on going back to his guns and the Curran bros saw us home.

Hazlewood looked twice the batsman Zampa did too; big fella seemed to be able to rotate the strike without too much drama but the Ellen DeGeneres lookalike was just blocking.

Our odi bowling has definitely strengthened in the last 12 months. Would like to see Archer/ Wood/ Woakes/ T Curran/Stokes/ Rashid start

Woakes got both set batsmen Finch and Labuschagne out plus Maxwell and 3-32. And got 26 runs. Yet Archer takes MOTM with 3-34. Archer bowled great but Woakes should have got MOTM.

You're going by a scorecard. If you watched, it was Archer's spell that turned the game. Deserved IMO.

No I’m not. Woakes was taking wickets at the other end triggering the collapse with Archer and got both key wickets. I watched the entire game kid. Woakes’s 3 quick wickets plus Archer’s wicket at the other end changed the game. Australia were 144-2 and Woakes took 3rd, 5th and 6th wickets.
This just comes down to Archer fanboying when Woakes deserved it weighing up the facts. Both got three important wickets but Woakes got two super key ones, better figures and 26 runs. No brainer for me that Woakes is motm

He is our best ever one day spinner (not that he has much competition) but I don't get the reasoning behind the calls for a return to the test side when he doesn't play first class cricket. He was probably unlucky to be dropped but after being dropped has hardly played a game since so how can he have improved?
Statistically Vic Marks is probably England's best ODI spinner.

Sorry kid. You're wrong kid. Archer both hurt them at the top and then came back and blew the game open. Kid.

This is the softest I've seen an Australian ODI side in years. The talent is there but it's really not clicking is it? But kudos to England for finding a way to win on an atypical ODI batting deck that's outside their comfort zone.

Well I guess that makes up for what happened Game 1.

Seriously though, that's an awful choke. Things won't improve substantially until we find consistent icing.
