Run rate is usually easy to up if you stick around long enough, and if you don’t stick around long then you probably want to take time out of the game anyway. Scoring slowly in tests is massively underrated imo.

Which is why I said the run drought was nothing to worry about as long as he can wear out Broad and Anderson. RR of 4.03 for the session. Great stuff.

350 is looking unlikely, but should be a decent score for this bowling attack to work with.

Not pinning much hopes on Abbas or Naseem, but Shaheen and Yasir may be tough to handle.

They basically picked a group of old players like Pakistan (and a lot of teams tbf) normally do but this time they've picked guys with impeccable character a great work ethics.
