Perhaps it's not the worst day to have the solidarity of Nicholls at 6, as opposed to an all-rounder after this start.

So pleased to see Ferguson playing, not nearly so pleased to see Bracewell, but we'll see how he goes.

People need to accept Munro is hit and miss, just like McCullum was... we have enough Test batsmen below him. That said, he missed that by about a foot which is concerning in its own right.

McCullum as opener came off Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar more often than Munro is in ODIs (in T20 I'd agree).

Cricketer Of The Year
Still can't believe Rayudu gets a go, this man simply isn't good enough, and giving him games during the WC year is just ridiculous. India needs to play Pant as a standalone batsmen and let him develop. Him and Pandya will be important when he gets back.
