Haha, what a bowling attack. Bracken, Hilfenhaus, Harwood, Hogg and White. Not one player from the test series.

Hopes will play imo, quality 20/20 bowler, and a decent bat if needed.

TBH like Josh, i thought Denton would've been ahead of Harwood, as would've Ash Knoffke for that matter.

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
Would've done something bad on tour. Victorians have a repuation for that, eg Darren Berry's incident with Martyn in the U/19's squad.
Could be due to having the most expensive bowling figures in ODI history.

Noffke still hasn't done anywhere near enough. He only rejoined the Queensland 1st XI this year after Kasprowicz got injured. He's bowled well but his batting has been the standout really. As a specialist bowler I'd still go with Harwood. Funny how Dorey did absolutely nothing to get picked for Australia, played a couple of games now he's not even in the 30 man WC squad.

Dorey had a stellar season for WA in the longer form last year, and was obviously picked based on that. He's bowled rubbish this year and didn't do much in his ODI chances, so it makes sense he'd be discarded. He's in a similar boat to Mick Lewis really. It'd take a lengthy period of stellar performances for him to ever play for Australia again.

poor effort gilly, only 6 off the first over.

EDIT: quality comments from cric-info's commentary team...

James Anderson with the new ball. His hair seems to have been tinted since the Test. Very Westlife.
