The remaining 14 teams will be voted on (yep I'm drawing this out a bit, but teams are still being selected).

This is such a fun idea

I think you should go to 16 seeds, because as this stands you could have Australia XI v India XI or West Indies XI v New Zealand XI as first- round matches, which might take away some of the enjoyment and make a bit of a mess of the overall outcome. Seed as far as 16 and then you avoid massive show-downs until the third round.

Ill do a coin flip best of 3 to work if 9th sits with 3 or 4.
