Shane Warne scored the most runs (3154) in his career without making 100 (145 innings)

In terms of specialist batsmen, Chetan Chauhan generally opened the batting in his 68 test innings, but never made a ton.

Other specialist batsmen to have never made a ton include:

Mike Brearley*- 66 inns.

Bruce Laird- 40 inns.

*Although it could be argued that Brearley was a specialist captain rather than a specialist bowler....

Ok. Andy Lloyd played one test for England in 1984, and opened the batting in his only innings, scoring 10*.
Might've played more tests except Marshall hit him in the head.

Bloke can't even spell his own first name properly; he's clearly two-bob.

For Monk: is your first name Harry?

What's the latest point in an ODI/T20 someone came in and hit a ton?

He's also a very sad individual - first won the old Wisden Cricket Monthly Christmas Quiz when he was about 8

Did Stuart Law get out in the only innings he played? I think not..

Also, I think there should be many one test wonders who batted at No 11 and didn't get out in that match..

Stuart Law never opened. The question was name the player who opened in a Test and was never given out, in any innings.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
