you ever seen them bowl
:laugh::laugh:

Cutting 3 for 5

Taste sensation for Spikey and Benchy

But hang on...they have both seen them bowl...and are objective

Sooner or later, their averages overwhelm false claims as to have "seen them bowl"

No I stand by not caring for Cutting. For example

Over 15.6: Cutting to Henriques, no run, OUT, beaten for pace, bowled! NSW 4/28 (Smith 4, Henriques 0), 70 required to win
Says more about Moz than it does Cutting for me, given Cutting ain't sending them down at 160.

Does Cutting swing it?
No. He bowls a little bit faster than most domestic cricketers are used to on the green tops our Shield wickets have become and thinks he's a hero if he can lid a few of them. You could probably watch entire Shield games at times without knowing he can swing the ball or not because he hadn't pitched any in the batsman's half. When he does decide to actually bowl full of a length he does take some Shield wickets on said greentops, hence the good average, but he gets absolutely blasted in domestic one day cricket on the truer pitches and I'm of the firm belief the same would happen internationally as well, in both formats.

At least Cutting takes domestic first class wickets and scores some handy runs on those difficult batting wickets.

Hazlewood doesn't dominate domestic First Class or OD Cricket - but he has more upside and is young and plays for NSW, so obvious selection. :)

with the whole rotation dealyo and the consistent deaths of all our bowlers, sure we will find out about cutting soon enough

With everything else happening this has been missed or overlooked.

Steve Rixon(a former wicketkeeper) has been appointed the Australian spin bowling coach. -.-

So if any tickets were unsold they will soon be snapped up as people rush for one last glimpse of Ponting in a baggy green. Seems a strange side for Australia though with it being a game you can win to become number 1. Siddle and Hilfenhaus must be totally buggered after Adelaide to discount both and go with such a young attack + Johnson. Couldn't they have played one of them then rested them against SL?

Surprised Moises didn't get the nod ahead of Hastings. Would provide great depth at 8 and he's been getting decent figures recently.
