    RM -> RMF -> RFM -> RF

    Shane Bond is RF, Mark Gillespie is RFM and Kyle Mills is RMF.
    I always associated it with the early 2000's Australian attack:

    Lee as RF, Gillespie as RMF and McGrath as RFM. And Gillespie was clearly quicker than McGrath by that stage.

    Although cricinfo lists Gillespie as RF. I'm confused.

    Sometimes it appears completely random. Chris Woakes is still described as RM despite pushing 80mph quite regularly in recent times. You can't read to much into the classification, really. Judge by the speeds on your TV.

    Surely once Phallis gets the ton they'll up the ante a little bit.

    It's kinda unsettling how good of a cricketer Kallis is.

    Gillespie was constantly hitting 140 and easily into the mid 140s so he was RF imo. McGrath was 135+ish for most of his career so RFM. Lee was bowling high 140 so he was RF+. A medium fast bowler would be Chaminda Vaas. He was 130ish
