Then again, Lillee would never do this..

YouTube - Sreesanth Dhoom

That, plus this:

He has the fast bowler's intimidation factor down pat.

Also, how awesome is it that the museum at Lord's has only one picture of the IPL (at least when I went there) and it was of Sreesanth crying? Such a huge FU to T20 and IPL in general...

Made me love English cricket so much when I saw that.

Yea. It's the Lord's museum. They have more than enough of the Test-only elitist pricks to make me proud. In fact, in that lot, I'd bet there are some old curmudgeons who hate the supremacy of Tests over county cricket. My kind of people. If only they didn't keep looking at me thinking I was the help.

I understand, my point is you fell in love with English cricket when the Lords museum gave an FU to T20, when it's English cricket that created the format! Also English cricket which played the Stanford Series.

You should have said you fell in love with Lords I guess, because English cricket (and Cricket Australia) are not innocent in the increased commercialisation of the game.

Obviously the next iteration of this guy:

Are you kidding???? Lillee was never able to touch the heights of bowling prowess that Sreesanth had developed in only his childhood.

Also it must be mentioned that Lillee takes tips from Sreesanth at the MRF pace academy to pass onto the youngsters

Lillee also said that he has a life size poster of Sreesanth in his bedroom since Sreesanth was not born when Lillee was a child and so Lillee has a poster of his hero in his bedroom now when he is almost a septuangenarian.

If English cricket = Lords, then Lords is responsible for the abomination that was the Stanford Series... worse than anything the IPL ever did.

The peak of his career was hitting Nel for 6 then windmill dancing in front of him.

Been downhill since then,
Had his peak down as being when he cried after being slapped by Harbhajan tbh.

Edit: I see I've been beaten to it. Ah well, nevermind.

He claimed in an interview he was supposed to be riding a horse, not dancing

Well done Sree you ****. Brought down his 2010 average to a touch over 48.

some points:
1) Sreesanth is one of the rarest aggressive cricketers who never uses the F-word though he chats a lot and irritates the batsman.

2) it's true that Dennis Lilly had once commented about a young bowler in MRF p.f. who bowled with similar action of his. It was about Sreesanth, and the comment was made at least 2-3 years before Sree made his debut in international cricket.

3) He is highly emotional, (character of an artist, than sportsman; for that he is a very good dancer) and is a homely guy. That's y he went in to tears.
(at least in India, younger ones will not slap back if they r slapped by their elder brothers. I can't imagine Sree fighting with Bhaji on this. Unlike other teams, the team India is like a family, though they r professional cricketers. )

At the bottom line, Dhoni knows how capable Sree is, and that's y MS backs him all the time.
